Our Process
Discovery Call
Regardless of the project, we always start with a discovery call. This is a free, no-obligation service where we connect and chat about what changes you're looking to make in your home.
Whether that be decluttering and organizing a specific room, or downsizing your entire house, we will go through a preliminary planning questionnaire to find out exactly how we can help!
If you decide you want to move forward, we will then book an in-home consultation.
In-Home Consultation
Consultations are conducted in your home, with a full walk-through, evaluation the scope of the project and starting state, and discussion about your goals, needs and desired outcome.
Though in-home consultations are our preferred method, we can accommodate virtual consultations in some situations.
Following the in-home consultation, we will develop a master plan specific to your home and needs, and put together a detailed quote.
Decluttering: Sort - Edit - Dispose
During decluttering sessions, we will help you sort and edit your belongings! Helping you eliminate the objects that are no longer serving you and your space. We will start by going through and sorting your belongings based on categories, rooms, themes, etc.
Next we will remove any items that you want to let go of, appropriately as trash or donations. Then we will take one carload of your edited items away with us!
Organization
This is where we will help you organize spaces that consist of things you use and will be keeping. We will start by going through and sorting your belongings based on items you use daily to less frequently. We will help you with a quick edit during this process if needed, but then the magic happens. All necessary items will be placed into their new homes with the addition of necessary organizational systems.
maintenance
Once we have created and implemented systems in your home, you will be eligible to book maintenance sessions. These can be booked as frequently as you'd like, and can be used in many different ways. For example, reorganizing closets with changes in season, or just sprucing up well used systems.
